New 2019 campaigns launched by the Region
Scientific Outreach (APRS)
The Region is launching a call for projects "Scientific Outreach" 2019, in favour of "Scientific Manifestations" and "Scientific Publishing". Through its call for projects, the Region intends to contribute to the international influence of the laboratories of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, by providing support for large-scale events and high-level scientific publishing.
This year, the dematerialization of the filing of APR files will be implemented and will now be online.
Attentiononly applications submitted by the institution according to the procedure indicated below and having been closed by the Research Commission will be taken into account by the Region.
No file submitted individually by a research unit will be retained by the Region; it is for this reason that we invite you to take note of the filing procedures set out below:
- From December 07, 2018 to January 14, 2019: preparation of files by research units in conjunction with campus VRFs*.
- January 14, 2019: 1 electronic version signed by the Unit Director (+classification of the laboratory if applicable) to be submitted to the DRV Campus

January 22, 2019: Transmission of files to Components and RVR Pole 1 by campus RVRs
From 22 to 25 January 2019: RVR Pole 1 prepares the files for the CR office on 07/02/19
From 22 January to 04 February 2019: classification of files by the Components
January 28, 2019: RVR pole 1 sends the files to the DAF for signature
January 28, 2019: RVR pole 1 forwards the files for expertise to the members of the RC
February 04, 2019: Pole 1 signs the files for signature by the President
February 07, 2019: review and filing of RC files
February 15, 2019: Official electronic filing of files signed by the President on the Region's platform by the campus VRFs concerned

The Regional Council is launching its Call for Projects Research 2019 - PACA Region "General", "Platform" and "Exploratory" sections.
This year, the dematerialization of the filing of APR files will be implemented and will now be online.
